I always cringe at the “back to school” commercials and print ads appearing earlier and earlier each summer.  The dog days haven’t even hit yet in last week of July and the retailers are dressing us in new polo shirts and back packs.  But I get it, even though we are still sipping our super chill iced matcha teas it’s that time of year to plan ahead for the first day back at school.
