As part of the Tea Lovers Festival here in Los Angeles, on Sunday May 19th, we are joined by Chef Robert Wemischner AKA The Dessert Architect, for an in-store demo on preparing and baking with matcha. Learn how to prepare matcha tea three ways, in a bowl, iced and in a latte.  Followed by Chef Wemischner’s sweet and savory take on the novel and spring like taste of matcha tea.
